How much space is required for our bars?

Ideally, a 10ft by 10ft space is ideal for one bar catering for up to 200 guests. For 200-400 guests, a 20ft by 10ft space is needed, etc.

How long does it take to set up the bar?

We will arrive at least 3 hours prior to the start of your event.

What hours will the bar be open?

The bar will open to your specified times to suit your needs. The liquor license will be tailored to your needs.

What type of glasses do you use?

For events with under 400 guests. we use stylish glass containers and more than 400 guests, we use high quality stylish plastic containers.

What number of guests can you cater for?

The minimum number of guests would be 80. The maximum number of guests is up to you!

Do you apply for the liquor license?

Yes, we arrange the license with a personal license holder at all events. Please give us at least 20 days notice so that we can arrange this.

What types of venues can the bar operate in?

We can operate almost anywhere inside and outdoors.

Do you have public liability insurance?

Yes we are covered by a comprehensive £5 million public liability insurance.
