How much space is required for our bars?

Ideally, a 10ft by 10ft space is ideal for one bar catering for up to 200 guests. For 200-400 guests, a 20ft by 10ft space is needed, etc.

How long does it take to set up the bar?

We will arrive at least 3 hours prior to the start of your event.

What hours will the bar be open?

The bar can be open to your specified times to suit your needs. The appropriate liquor license will be tailored to your needs.

What type of glasses do you use?

What number of guests can you cater for?

The minimum number of guests would be 80. The maximum number of guests is up to you!

Who applies for the liquor license?

We arrange the liquor license on your behalf, with a personal license holder being present at all events. Please give us at least 20 days notice so that we can arrange this.

Yes we are covered by a comprehensive £5 million public liability insurance.

What do you supply?
