How much space is required for our mobile bars?

Ideally, a 3m x 3m area is required for one mobile bar unit catering for up to 140 guests, & 6m x 3m area for two bar units cartering up to 200 guests.

How long does it take to set up the portable bar?

We will arrive at least 3 hours prior to the start of your event to ensure all drinks are chilled and service is ready for your expected arrival.

What hours will the bar be open?

The bar can be open to your specified times to suit your needs. The appropriate liquor license will be tailored to your needs.

What type of glasses do you use?

For events with under 400 guests, we use stylish glass containers and more than 400 guests, we use high quality stylish plastic containers ...

What number of guests can you cater for?

The minimum number of guests would be 100. The maximum number of guests is up to you!
